Stranraer Coastal Rowing Club (SCRC)

Stranraer Coastal Rowing Club is SWSA’s most established club formed in 2018 after the completion of “Lady Bay” our very first skiff. We cater to all abilities and aspirations with our social and racing sections.

When we meet & What we do

Days: Tuesdays and Saturdays

Time: 5.30pm (Tuesday evenings) & 10am (Saturday mornings)

What we do: Stranraer Coastal Rowing Club meets weekly to explore the loch using our hand built coastal rowing boats. We cater to all abilities and all are welcome.

Please note during the winter we only hold Saturday morning sessions due to lack of light in the evenings.

How to get involved

If you want to give coastal rowing a go all you need to do is show up to The Boat House in Agnew Park where you’ll be able to talk to club members and get out on the water with a qualified coxswain.
